As this school year comes to an end, sadly we say goodbye to Ms O’ Malley who has decided to retire. Ms O’ Malley has worked in the school for 39 years. She joined the school in September 1980 when Mr Mc Carthy was the Principal of the school. She became Deputy Principal of St Malachys under Mr Hamill and is now retiring with Mr Dolan as Principal.
Ms O’ Malley’s commitment to the school, the teachers and the community will be forever etched into the hearts of those who were lucky to have known her. Her love and care for the children was always at the fore front of everything she did. She will be greatly missed by the children, the parents and the staff. We wish Siobhán every happiness as she enters the next stage of her life.
